Booth Rental Charges

Sponsor Booths: Silver $1,000, Gold $1,250, Platinum $1,500, and Diamond $2,000. Each sponsorship level includes one 10’x10′ booth and additional promotional materials to support marketing efforts. Additional 10’x10′ sponsor booths are available for $750 each.

Tattoo Artist Booth: We offer two options:

  • Regular Artist Booth: $750 for a 10’x10′ booth accommodating up to two tattoo artists.

  • Solo Artist Booth: $375 for a 10’x10′ booth shared with another solo artist.

Vendor Booth: $500 for a 10’x10′ booth.

Vendor Table: $150 for a 6′ table and two chairs located outside of the expo hall.

Included with Booth/Table:

  • Booth Includes: Two 8-foot tables with black tablecloths, two chairs, a trash can, pipe and drape setup, hooks for hanging banners behind your booth, and power access.

  • Table Includes: One 6-foot table with a black tablecloth, two chairs, and a trash can.

Terms of Payment

  • Payment options are as follows:

    • Full Payment: Pay the entire amount upfront.

    • Split Payment:

      • A 50% deposit and a 50% final payment.

      • Payments through February 15, 2025, must be completed within 90 days.

      • Split payments from February 16 through March 1, 2025, must be completed within 30 days.

  • Important Note: The booth cost does not include the Davis County Health Department permit. This is a separate process that you will need to complete directly with the Davis County Health Department to participate in the event.

Cancellation Policy

  • All payments for booth bookings are non-refundable.

  • If a booth is not occupied by the exhibitor at the opening of the event, it will be considered a cancellation of the agreement.

Booth Allocation

  • Booth allocation is managed by Classic Tattoo Show.

  • Exhibitors cannot make claims or disputes regarding booth placement.

Booth Layout and Setup

  • Exhibitors are responsible for any damage caused by unauthorized fixtures or fittings.

  • Each 10’x10′ booth includes a black drape surround. Banners may be hung from metal tube supports. Grommet hangers are available at the registration booth at no extra cost.

Booth Occupancy

  • Audio equipment is permitted, provided it is not audible in neighboring booths and is directed solely towards the exhibitor’s booth.

Damage and Liability

  • Exhibitors are responsible for all rental equipment and any damages or injuries caused by their actions or representatives.

  • This includes damages to the venue during transportation, installation, operation, and removal of equipment.

Liability Release

  • Classic Tattoo Show and its representatives are released from any liability related to the services provided by exhibitors.

  • Exhibitors are solely responsible for all client interactions and transactions, including tattooing services.

Claims and Disputes

  • Any claims must be submitted to the organizer for amicable settlement by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 15 days following the end of the event.

  • Claims submitted after this deadline will not be admissible.
